As a general rule non-bank lenders do not take into account the borrowers income or debt to equity ratio. We care about how well the asset performed not how much you reported on your taxes

HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED TO START?

We get asked this question a lot and the answer generally varies but the bench mark is to start with at least $20,000 in the bank.

WHAT IF I JUST QUIT MY W-2 JOB OR DON'T HAVE INCOME?

We are the perfect solution for you. We do not verify income to qualify you.

WHERE DO YOU LEND?

Its easier to say where we don't lend. Due to specific laws we currently do not lend in AK, ND, SD, HI, NY, NJ

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM LOAN AMOUNT

This really depends on your state but as a general rule we will not lend below $40,000 but in many states the minimum is $75,000
