Teaming up for BRRRR Investors
Vault Funding saw a gap in the market, quality fast loans for BRRRR Investors. We set out to fill that gap and in our endeavors met Nate Barger from BRRRR Invest on Facebook and it was an immediate fit!
Our loan programs are designed with you in mind from the very start, you see we are investors too. Mike completed 26 BRRRR transactions in his personal portfolio in just 2 years and now has 51 rentals.
Vault's founders bring decades of real estate and lending experience to the table.
MIKE BRADY
Principal/General Manager
Mike has been a real estate investor his entire career, moving into the non-bank lending space in 2017. Since then, the deal junky aspect has led him to grow that business and ultimately start Vault Funding. Mike has reviewed thousands of single family deals nationwide and is proud to bring his experience to the BRRRR Invest Group.
Mike is a graduate of Auburn University and currently lives in Nashville TN with his wife and two kids.
MIKE AKERLY
Principal/ Strategic Development
Mike brings an entire career of real estate experience. He holds a brokers license in California, New York and Tennessee plus is an attorney in California and Tennessee. Real Estate investing is his passion and that passion is brought to BRRRR lending through Vault.
Mike has a law degree from The University of Southern California and currently lives in Franklin TN with his wife and two boys.
ALLISON BOHEN
Loan Officer
Allison is a real estate investor and accountability coach, she brings knowledge and expertise in our loan programs so you can be sure that you are in good hands.
Additionally Allison works hard to empower women in the real estate investing space through encouragement and mentorship.
